Mike Ramshaw established Deep Blue Recruitment to deliver food manufacturing recruitment solutions throughout the UK and Europe.

Mike has extensive experience of food manufacturing recruitment, since 1999 he has  helped hundreds of food manufacturing professionals with their food career.

Prior to launching Deep Blue Recruitment, Mike was a Senior Consultant with one of the UK's largest and most respected food recruitment firms. He has won business on both a retained and contingency basis with large multi nationals and small independent companies.

Deep Blue's clients range from small independents to some of the biggest names in the recruitment industry.  Over 80% of Mike's revenue comes from repeat business. That's because he gets measurable results for his food recruitment clients.

Mike has a degree in Technology & Management, and lives in the North East with his wife Wendy.
