Are you an Engineering Manager who is looking to work for a leading food manufacturer in the UK?

Are you looking to work for a business which has shown substantial growth figures during a very difficult time within manufacturing?

Are you looking for a business which has people development and training at the heart of its ethos?

Our client is all off the above, and they are currently looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to manage an engineering team of over 25 within a large scale chilled food manufacturing unit.

With customer serving the major grocery multiples in the short shelf life category, they are constantly striving to improve their products through innovation, retail delivery and overall consumer experience.

Engineering responsibility for site including – Operational Engineering, Reliability Centred Maintenance, Facilities/Utilities management, Capital Program Management
Engineering & manufacturing KPIs – Safety, Quality, Service, OEE, Reliability and PPM.

Performance Management, staff competence & behavioural development. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a large team of Engineers.

You will have at least 5 years experience of managing teams of Engineers within a large scale chilled food operation. Will experience of budget responsibility and appropriate Engineering qualifications.
