Multi-skilled Maintenance Technician
North West - upto £33k plus excellent benefits.
The UK arm of the group manufacturers a wide range of dried speciality products and due to strong sales growth, they are now seeking a dynamic Maintenance Engineer to join their current team.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the appointed engineer will conduct both breakdown and planned maintenance on a range of PLC driven production & packaging machinery. They will also look at ways of increasing production efficiency by carrying out improvement projects and some installation work.
Suitable candidates must have at least 2 years experience carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance in a food manufacturing environment and hold recognised engineering qualifications. They will also be familiar with Pneumatic, Hydraulic, PLC systems and form fill and seal machines.

The shift pattern is 4 days on, 4 days off, 12hrs shifts (06.00 hrs - 18.00 hrs & 18.00 hrs - 06.00 hrs) with holidays rostered into the shift pattern.
